What you need

- Vaseline

- Pure Aloe Gel

- Vitamin E oil

- Old Cd or makeup/paint mixing plate

- Old Toothbrush

- Hot Pack

- Optional: mint oil

Directions

-- 2-3 hours before your treatment, apply some Vaseline to soften the skin on your lips

-- Put a hot pack over your lips for 5 minutes to soften the skin even more.

-- Start by scrubbing your lips with a toothbrush, you want to get rid of all the dead skin from your lips, and get some blood circulation going. 

 

**Expert tips**

*  App

* Use some coconut oil or Vaseline to make the exfoliating session smooth and easy on your dry and chapped lips.
* Scrub for 2 minutes in circular motion and from side to side top to bottom. 

-- Wash off your lips with warm water

-- After 30 seconds apply a mixture of Vaseline, Vitamin E oil and apply it over your lips.

~ If you can get your hands on some mint oil, go ahead and mix that in as well to soothe your lips. If you don't have mint oil apply tooth paste over your lips for 30 seconds and wash off with luke warm water. 

- After you feel like the concoction has seeped into your lips and they feel moisturized and plump, apply some aloe gel over your lips.

Tip: it's always good to stay up to date on your tans for this look, Adriana is always rocking a gorgeous sun kissed beach bombshell tan. 

Face:

-Moisturizing is really important, you want soft supple skin without the shine. 

-Prime your skin with a shine control primer

-Put on a mattifying foundation for polished smooth skin.

-Conceal your eyes with a creamy liquid concealer like MAC Full coverage.

-Apply a powder to set your makeup and create a flawless base. 

Cheeks:

-Apply a baked blush like MAC GLEEFUL to the apples of your cheeks. -Apply NARS casino bronzer over your cheeks, to add some bronze.

-Apply NARS Albatross like highlighter or Benefit Moonbeam to create a luminous glow.

Eyes:

- Apply Urban Decay primer potion to the lid.

- Apply a pearl eye shadow in the inner corners of your eyes and lid. Apply it with a smudge brush on your lower lashline as well.

- Apply a light lavender eye shadow all over your lid, and lightly blend it into your crease.Apply it on the lower lash line as well.

- Apply a dark matte purple shadow to the outter corner of your eyes. Apply it on the lower lash line half way. (outter corner area)

- Using a pencil liner, line your lids, but skip the wing.

- use a smudge brush and black eye shadow, go over the line to soften and darken the color.

- Apply black eye shadow on the bottom to intensify.

- Apply a pencil liner to your lower outer corner water line and tight line.

- Curl your lashes

- Add Wispy lashes

- Use a super black mascara to blend and volumize your lashes.

Lips:

- Dab a sexy matte lipstick in a Peachy orangey color like Smoked Peach by Revlon

- Apply QUO's lip gloss in Quartz / Or an orangey lip gloss to warm up and amplify the lips

Hair Wash Plan (Shampoo+Conditioner)

 

Sunday
Before you Wash your hair, do a Pre-Poo (click here to learn how)
Wash your hair in the evening on Sunday
Use your favorite shampoo, preferably Silicone and Paraben Free, but its completely up to you!
My pick: Dove Energizing Shampoo or M academia Shampoo

Use a Conditioner or Deep Conditioner if you have really dry hair
My pick: Dove Energizing Conditioner or Herbal Essences (yellow) or Macademia Deep Conditioning Treatment

Skip Washes on Monday and Tuesday

If you have oily hair, opt for a Dry shampoo like ION Dry Shampoo or LUSH Dry Shampoo.

Wednesday

Steep a bag of green tea and mix some Apple cider vinegar and put it in a spray bottle
Spray it in your roots. After 5 minutes, hop in the shower and rinse your hair with the mix. This will rid your hair of silicone and really clarify your hair
Wash the mixture out really well
Skip the Conditioner, after you get out of the shower, use an Olive or Coconut oil to your ends. Make sure to not put in too much, your hair will become oily.


Skip washes on Thursday

On Friday use steeped green tea and rinse your hair out, and use a deep conditioner to moisturize your hair.
If your hair is feeling a little dry, go ahead and put in a little bit of oil on the ends.

Maybelline fit me is my HG foundation, I've been using it for a long time, and I absolutely love it. I have bought 4-5 bottles of this shampoo, and haven't dabble to any other foundation.

So I'm going to review it for you guys, so you guys can find your perfect fit!
I will also include some personal tips and tricks ;)

1. This foundation is Sheer-Medium coverage, but it's very buildable without looking cakey.
2. It has a great selection of colors, and a lot of them are yellow toned, so it's perfect for my warm ladies.

•  I use this with a stippling brush, to get that soft airbrush feel.
• Use a mattifying powder if you get a little bit oily
• Use a layer and then powder it, and then restipple some more if you want extra coverage.
