Okay so for Scarlett, I wanted to change the dress for a vibrant and rich colour, so I picked Royal blue. Her eyes were too simple for red carpet glam, so with the blue I picked the Icy Ocean theme, which consited of silver eye shadow all over lid with Dark Blue Ocean like colour on her lower lash line, which made her eyes smolder. A hint of green "eye Liner", preferably between Emerald and Lime. This is included in the ocean aswell, as sea weed or just a simple ocean water color.. This creates dimensions making Scarlett go from Simple to Sassy!
Maybe Scarlett should try this look and see for herself. For her lips I opted for a sandy nude color, to encorprate the sandy beach sand. Blush was a simple pink, you can take it as the sunset pink;)...

Just for the look, I toned down Scarletts blonde hair to a more faded blonde, which makes her look sassy and wearable.
